客户培训师岗位职责
职责描述:
1.深入理解并配合公司战略与业务，识别组织、合作伙伴和门店的不同层级人员的核心能力需求，有针对性的研究零售连锁经营管理、门店运营方法技巧，助力业务发展及业绩指标的实现;
2.结合市场需求，利用资源与工具，搭建公司客户运营学习体系和培训管理及评估体系，研发课程资源。
任职要求:
1.工作经历:有4年及以上课程设计开发或专业培训经验，视野开阔，对门店运营管理有系统性的思考和实践;
2.专业要求:营销类、管理类等相关专业;
3.学历要求:本科及以上学历;
4.熟悉或精通offcie办公软件;
5.严谨认真，具备良好的协作及创新意识。
