provides rtu， plc based technical support for testing， installation and commissioning activities.

provide on-site commissioning and troubleshooting of plc software as well as technical support of control system project to customer.
2. sales support
_
prepares project automation related documentation within one’s scope of deliverables.
_
assists in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects/programs (provision of bills of materials， estimated engineering hours， etc.).
3. contract management
_
supports contract managers in issuing claims (new/change in scope of work， cost impact， time impact， risk quantifications， etc.).
_
provides quality solutions as per customer requirement and delivers within budget and contract.
_
ensures adherence to safety standards and mitigates potential risks
4. planning and control
_
creates work plans and cost estimates in own area of responsibility
_
reviews and approves scope， budget and schedule for assignments and ensures quality deliverables on time and within targeted cost. improves effectiveness of work plan in collaboration with other functions
5. risk and opportunity management
_
creates and e_ecutes strategies for risk and opportunity management in one’s area of responsibility
_
identifies and manages contract risks taking preventive/corrective actions to resolve any contract/ quality/ program/ cost issues reports any outstanding issues to management， along with recommendations for resolution
6. customer
_
assists customers on technical issues， interacts with official contacts， contractors and other staff within his/her scope of deliverables.
_
assist communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings
7. supply chain management
_
collaborates with the supply chain function to ensure that technical requirements for equipment or services are communicated and agreed on with potential suppliers
_
provides technical evaluation of supplier proposals and accepts as fit for purpose supplied equipment or services
8. processes and tools
_
uses standard processes and tools applicable to one’s area of responsibility.
_
ensures that engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements.
_
reports processes and tools inefficiencies and suggests improvements ideas.
9. people leadership and development
_
assigns tasks to and coordinates work with entry level engineers， technicians， administrative staff
requirement:
_
bachelor of engineering in electrical engineering (preferably in power systems);
_
minimum of 5 years of e_perience in the field of project e_ecution (plc， rtu， substation designer and or project engineer);
_
be familiar with industrial or power communication protocol; be able to make communication program and analysis the communication fault.
_
e_perienced of using hmi or scada.
_
capability of algorithm design. familiar with industrial algorithm， i.e. sample filter， data compression etc.
_
project e_ecution work e_perience for drives(vsd)， power conversion system， energy storage system， micro-grid and distributed generation etc. is a plus
_
field e_perience (asset);
_
availability to travel domestic and oversea;
_
knowledge of related engineering tools and software required to accomplish his task (autocad， office 365)
_
good communication， critical thinking and analytical skills;
_
must be precise， organized， fle_ible & autonomous;
_

1、负责电气专业范围内的方案工作,确保方案及进度达到整体进度要求,方案及设计质量符合国家规范、行业标准及企业内部标准;
2、协调电气专业方案、设计与相关土建、水暖、市政、园林工程之间的关系,协调市政电的方案及报批报建工作,确保电气工程达到设计与规范要求。
任职要求:
1、本科以上学历,电气管理相关专业;
2、有完整项目工作经验;
3、熟悉国家及本地与本专业有关的规范要求;
4、具备较熟练现场处理、协调、沟通能力及技巧。

(5)编制施工组织设计,制定相应的安全、质量措施;
(6)汇总和提报工程材料及设备需用计划,并协助物资部门解决定货中的技术问题;
(7)处理各种施工问题,掌握工程进度,了解安全、质量情况;
(8)整理本专业的竣工资料,参与工程竣工验交工作;
(9)参与推广施工中运用新技术、新工艺、新材料工作;
(10)按时、规定提供有关报表,处理有关往来文件。
