responsibilities:
- provide product sales support to achieve order income and shipment in units in assigned area by high quality product presentation， strategy promotion seminar， smart configuration offering and bidding strategy.
- drive regional sales activity to ensure achieved the target
- select and develop regional business partner. monitor and maintain with regional business partner- responsible for set up and maintain kay account of poc product
- provide regular e_ternal training to business partner， clinical basics & competition analysis.
- owner of customer satisfaction in coordination with marketing， application， collaboration and service.
- maintain relationship with local luminary， build e_cellent show site in the local region
- support product manager to create and ma_imize value and potential for designated brand in the development， planning and implementing marketing strategy and promotional tactics that aligned with the brand strategy， to achieve targeted sales growth and market share growth.
- collect market information and update competitive overview. contribute market insight/customer insight to product manager to develop the product roadmaps support product manager to maintain relationship with kols in the field.
qualification:
- bachelor degree or above
- minimum 6 years working e_perience in sales/marketing in the field of medical industry， at multinational company is perferred.
- solied e_perience of commercial sales projects management especially with hospitals;
- able to influence customers in a way to have a positive attitude towards siemens product， being the leader of project in responsible region for customer relationship management and business driving- good verbal and written communication skill in english
- e_cellent communication skill with internal and e_ternal customers， good capability to convice customers
- proactive problem solver and good team player.

- take over the business management for the responsible province: channel and sales management
- drive the responsible region business to achieve or over achieve the annual target;
- close to customer and maintain key account customer relationship
- have regular business review with pses and dealer to solve the region related business issue
- finished the order place and booking to securely accomplish to on time
- other business related management daily work
qualification:
- bachelor degree or above.
- mimimum 8 years working e_perience on us product, mimimum 3 years sales rmanagement e_perience, working in multinational company is preferred.
- good business sense for healthcare business and very good selling skill with healthcare business
- e_cellent leadership with education and training to enhance the team selling power.
- good at communication skill both internally and e_ternally with customers. in case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. good understanding in the high-end post processing
- e_cellent verbal and written communication skill in english
第3篇 超声诊断医师岗位职责
1、临床医学、医学影像等相关专业,专科及以上学历,中级及以上职称优先考虑;
2、五年以上超声诊断经验,熟练掌握超声各项检查;
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力,良好的服务意识,有责任心和团队合作精神。
