sales territory management:

 produce well-developed business plans.

 maintain capital funnel for sustained opportunities.

 maintain comprehensive and effective strategic call plans that drive positive sales results.

 scheduling and prioritize time for effective territory coverage.

technical skills (product and procedure):

 use white papers and clinical/product terminology & knowledge to support cases and convert competitive accounts.

 use knowledge of products and procedures in clinical setting to train and inform customers and product users

 apply knowledge of competitive products & procedures to draw comparisons and differentiate product features and benefits.

 independently support cases in all modalities without assistance.

customer relationship:

 develop and maintain key customer relationships to achieve account objectives.

 maintain customer relationships such that it enables direct access for cases and meetings with local territory physicians.

requirements:

• minimum of 3 years business-to-business sales e_perience

-or-

• 1 year medical device sales e_perience

岗位职责:

1、负责产品的市场渠道开拓与销售工作,执行并完成公司产品年度销售计划。

2、根据公司市场营销战略,提升销售价值,控制成本,扩大产品在所负责区域的销售.

3、与客户保持良好沟通,实时把握客户需求。为客户提供主动、热情、满意、周到的服务.

4、维护和开拓新的销售渠道和新客户,尤其是终端用户。

5、收集一线营销信息和用户意见,对公司营销策略、售后服务、等提出参考意见。

任职要求:

1、大专及大专以上学历(有能力者可放宽学历条件)

2、医学专业

3、年龄:25岁-35岁

4、男女不限,需有一年以上销售工作经验,优秀大学毕业生亦可。

under solid supervisor’s direction to develop and maintain customers of hospital and distributor to achieve sales target. to complete collection and collation of marketing information independently. has the ability in distributor development and management independently.

在直接主管的带领下完成医院及经销商客户的开发、维护工作,达成销售指标;能独立完成市场信息的收集、整理,

具有独立的经销商的开发和管理能力。

part ii - principal responsibilities 主要职责

- according to solid supervisor’s requirement, to make weekly work plan and submit it in time, visit customers, develop new customers and complete assigned sales target as planned.

根据直接主管的要求,制订每周工作计划并及时提交,按计划拜访客户,开发新客户,完成指定的销售指标

- initiative to understand marketing information for related products independently. to build up, gather and update customers’ data.

主动独立了解相关产品的市场情况,建立、搜集并及时更新客户资料

- have the ability to help distributor to manage inventory and order. to evaluate distributors’ business development plan with marketing conditions and feedback the implementation to management team. according to regional conditions, to lead distributors timely to make new sales strategy and direction.

具备协助经销商管理库存量及订单的能力,根据市场情况对经销商业务发展计划进行评估,并及时反馈公司管理层该计划执行情况,根据区域情况及时引导经销商制定新的销售策略和方向。

- have relevant clinical and product knowledge, and have ability to provide product knowledge and solution to doctor/customer and training of basic product knowledge to distributors.

掌握相关临床专业知识和产品知识,具备提供医生客户产品使用知识和方案的能力,具备培训经销商基本产品知识的能力

- be positive to complete company required training in time with relevant e_am pass.

积极参加并及时完成各项公司要求的培训,每次培训都能通过相应的及格线要求

- follow up the bidding progress of product and timely feedback to management team.

跟踪负责产品的投标进展并及时反馈给公司管理层

part iii – qualifications 资格要求

education 教育程度

- medical or medical device educational background, college degree or above in clinical, medicine, biology related field

医疗或医学器械专业背景,或医学,药学,生物医药技术等相关领域大专以上教育背景

e_perience 工作经验

- at least 5 years sales working e_perience, especially worked in foreign company is preferred.

至少5年销售经验,外企工作背景优先考虑

- related medical device and nursing product knowledge and e_perience

相关医疗器械及院外护理产品的专业知识及从业经验

other qualifications (physical, visual etc.) 其他要求

- be honest and integrate

诚实、守信

- strong language e_pression

有良好的语言表达能力

- have certain analytic abilities

具有一定的分析能力

- initiative and team work

有团队精神,具有主动性

- proficient in the use of ms office suite (eg. e_cel, word, powerpoint, etc.)

能熟练使用office办公软件(例如 e_cel, word, powerpoint等)
