第1篇 电子物料采购员岗位职责
依相关部门的要求计划,确保生产用原材料、辅料的准时到料,并确保来料的质量符合公司的质量标准要求。协助公司进行采购成本控制,不定时的向厂部总监汇报采购工作的运作情况,有电子采购经验优先。
任职要求:
1、负责新产品原材料的供应商开发、评审及考核;
2、负责供应商的评审、考核及管理;
3、负责生产所需的原材料的准时到货,并保证原材料的质量符合公司质量标准要求。
4、负责来料品质异常的及时处理及预防措施的跟进;
5、配合公司进行原材料的采购成本控制;
6、负责公司与供应商之间的良好沟通与交流;
7、完成其它部门的临时采购需求;
8、完成上级交待的临时工作任务;
9、向上级汇报工作。

1. responsible for following up bom materials and ensure stable on time delivery in the long term.
负责追踪生产性物料,确保长期性及时稳定的供货。
2. responsible for bom material inventory control, obsolete material analysis and disposal.
负责生产性物料库存控制,呆料分析和处理。
3. responsible for evaluating suppliers’ performance on delivery and service.
负责对供应商的交货期和服务进行评估。

required qualifications任职要求:
1. college degree or above, 2 years of material purchasing or planning e_perience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
大专或以上学历,具备2年以上制造业材料采购或计划经验者优先。
2. familiar with ms office software.
熟悉办公室软件操作。
3. able to communicate in english.
能用英语沟通。
4. good logic, communication and negotiation ability.
良好的逻辑、沟通和谈判能力。

1)e_ecute purchasing initiatives and strategies for indirect materials and services
2)mro supplier sourcing, pricing benchmark & negotiation and supplier selection
3)keeping the supplier information database accurate and updated in workflow

5)sustainable cost saving/reduction without compromising the quality and delivery.
