岗位职责:

1、协助工程经理入伙前接管验收，发现问题及时提出报告汇总后交上级公司，以求得解决;

2、掌握设施和机电设备性能及完好情况，组织各工程师按时制定维修保养计划、措施，检查完成情况;

3、负责制定工程部的年度、月度工作计划并指导实施;

4、负责监管设施设备的维修，材料使用;

5、负责对工程技术人员的业务培训和考核工作;

7、负责组织技术人员、操作人员的培训与考核。

任职资格

1、机电、电气等相关专业大专及以上学历;

2、三年以上商场物业工程管理工作经验;

3、具备商业购物中心给排水、土建等专业知识;

4、责任心强，善于沟通，并能协调各部门关系，具有较强的组织管理能力。

ims综合管理系统工程师&内审主管 上海赛飞 上海赛飞航空线缆制造有限公司,上海赛飞,赛飞 m__n function responsibilities and activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:

-coordinate the implementation, m__ntenance and improvement of the processes of the ims and ensure that the quality system conforms to the established company, international and governmental regulatory standards and agency guidelines / 协助 ims 系统程序的执行,维护以及改进,确保质量系统与知名公司,国际与政府间的标准与指导方针相一致

-coordinate the acquisition and control of all system documents including internal and e_ternal (customer and 3rd party standards and technical data) and information / 协助部门的采买,掌控所有系统的内部与外部的文件与信息(顾客与第三方的标准与技术资料)

-coordinate internal corrective and preventive action process, indicators and create plans to improve this process performance / 配合内部纠正与预防措施的执行,制定提升此程序性能的计划

-performs follow-up audit activities to assure the timely implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions taken / 通过跟进审计活动来确保及时地执行任务,以及有效地实行纠正措施

-coordinate the answer to corrective actions for non-conformances found during ims audits (2nd & 3rd parties) / 在两方或者三方人员在 ims 审计期间发生意见,行动不一致时,协调各方接受纠正措施

c. work e_perience - technical knowledge / 工作经历 - 专业知识

-at least 3 years of e_perience in aerospace industry or equivalent in similar position / 至少从事三年航空或者相关产业的工作

-certification of quality and environmental management systems as9100, iso9001, iso14001, ohsas, etc. / 熟悉质量与环境的认证,如 as9001, iso14001, ohsas,等。

-certified internal auditor on management systems / 认证的管理系统内部审计师

d. professional skills / 专业技能

-project management / 曾担当项目经理

-ms office and planning tools proficiency / 能熟练运用办公软件与设计工具

-manufacturing environment related skills / 具备与制造环境相关的技术

第3篇 工程综合装修班工作范围、岗位职责

(一)综合装修班工作范围:

1、负责家具、木器的修理和翻新;

2、负责墙纸、地毯、天花、玻璃等各种装修的修理;

3、负责墙壁、天花、金属结构的油漆翻新;

4、负责大理石、云石、瓷片饰面的修补;

5、负责土建结构方面渗漏水处理;

6、负责酒店各类门锁的安装和修理;

7、在力所能及的情况下,承担酒店部分装修改造工程和木器家具的制作或改造。

(二)综合装修工岗位职责:

1、遵守员工守则,严格执行各种规章制度;

2、服从派工安排,认真细致、保质按时完成工作任务。工作中发现问题及时请示报告;

3、热爱本职工作,努力学习技术,不断提高业务水平,做到一专多能;

4、严格遵守操作规程,正确处理各种机具,并做到勤保养、善保管;

5、遇有抢修任务时,积极参加抢修,未完成不得下班,如当时不能修复的工作要妥善处理,以确保酒店正常营业和酒店装修格调的完美;

6、树立强烈的酒店意识,文明施工,宾客至上。维修工作时,尽量不影响客人,公共场所施工设施工广告牌或加设围栏。自觉做好施工现场收尾工作,保持酒店的优美环境。
