m__n responsibilities
1.design, manufacturing and set up;
2.meet project objectives in all matters related to the following areas: preassembly, assembly,
pneumatic and electrical installation, and set-up (pneumatic and electrical installation
under programmer electronic technician indications);
3.define “load notebook” for outsourced mechanics;
4.ensure that assembly det__ls and set-up are consistent with general approach and line
design;
5.project management for manufacturing, assembly and set up processes in china, ensure
coordination with the project team and person in charge of electric installation;
6. keep track of deadlines, costs and other assembly and set-up objectives, and propose
corrective action to avoid non-compliance;
7. assemble and set up line’s stations, according to both the common basic and specific
features defined in the general approach;
8. coordinate and carry out mechanical assembly. supervise and assume responsibility for
the work carried out;
9.assist pneumatic and electrical assembly;
10.set-up at customer facilities;
11.be responsible for ensuring that customer documentation and/ or quality procedures are
completed on time and with the right quality.

非标机械设计工程师岗位职责
职责描述:
1、项目的机械设计，加工图纸，工艺，bom表汇总 ;
2、 对接客户，需求的采集和变更控制，项目方案沟通;
3、根据客户提到需要进行前期的方案设计和实验评估;
4、集成商对接及管控，项目的风险评估，具体风险列表及其应对策略，规避风险的策略等;
5、现场设备的装配，调试;保证第一时间发现存在的问题点并及时解决;
二、任职要求:
1、大专以上学历，机械设计及自动化相关专业;
2、3年以上非标自动化设备设计开发经验，需具备整体方案设计能力;精通solidworks、autocad等软件，精通各类气动、伺服、常用凸轮连杆机构;熟悉各类传感器、电动元件性能及其选型;熟悉各种机器人集成应用;
3、良好的计划和执行力、协调能力和人际沟通能力;有项目管理经验者优先;
第3篇 非标机械设计工程师岗位职责
机械设计工程师(非标自动化) 上海希翎智能科技有限公司 上海希翎智能科技有限公司,希翎 一、岗位职责:
1. 对非标自动化设备、功能检测设备及工业机器人应用系统的设计开发及安装调试;
2.根据项目方案和客户的技术要求作为设计输入,进行设备集成设计,外购件选型等设计开发工作。
3. 负责整个项目导入后与客户的技术沟通、与本项目的电气负责人进行机电交互,与采购、生产制造的协调工作;
4. 能独立完成并能组织项目组成员完成工程项目输出资料的编制、更改、整理更新、归档;

非标机械工程师岗位职责
岗位职责:
1、按时完成项目组分配的设计工作;
2、熟练运用3d软件设计零件及装配图，并出标准工程图和bom清单;
3、出差到现场进行配合安装调试工作，完成现场的一些修改计划;
4、与客户和供应商进行技术问题沟通，并能写出完整的计划报告;
5、与其他部门进行项目工作的协调沟通，顺利完成项目计划工作;
6、负责图纸的更改、整理更新、归档。
任职资格:
1、机械设计、机电一体化等相关专业大专以上学历;
2、1年以上非标设计经验，有汽车零部件工装夹具经验;
3、熟练使用solidworks， catia，cad软件，熟练e_cel及ppt办公软件;
4、熟悉工程图纸的标准化，公差尺寸的合理标注，材料使用原则;
5、熟悉标准件，气动件，及传感器的选型。
