• acts as tst engineering process owner， manage processes synchronized with other disciplines and ensure compliance to standards and qms.

• advise， mentor and guide the engineering organization to support the adoption of new tools and associated practices. contribute to structure a multi-year process & maturity engineering performance improvement， defining the strategy of implementation taking into account the capacity and the maturity of tst

key responsibilities

• acts as tst engineering process owner， manage processes synchronized with other disciplines and ensure compliance to standards and qms.

• advise， mentor and guide the engineering organization to support the adoption of e_isting/ new tools and associated practices

• ensure deployment of engineering processes， practices and tools and tailor them. implement engineering process changes working together with the engineering departments， and monitor the effectiveness of the changes

• deploy and track the engineering organization competitiveness key indicators

• provide support to the corresponding head of quality in order to contribute to the maturity of the overall organization

• support and train/ coach engineers on defined process， practices and tools

• work with engineering to ensure their effective ownership and conduct of engineering related quality control activities such as peer review， gate readiness and completion of checklists， deployment of new tools

• capitalize and share knowledge

• support the managers to assure that the concerns and e_pectations of customer relevant to engineering， are appropriately captured， understood and effectively handled by the engineering organization

1. 工程前期准备工作 :1)起草劳务合同,协助总监完成劳务合同的签订;

2)协助总监完成工程设备材料采购总体计划、资金使用计划及施工队进场前的一切准备工作。

2. 工程中、后期:1)项目施工过程中的一切沟通事宜;

2)按公司设备材料采购管理流程,协助总监完成设备材料月度采购计划、采购合同起草、采购款支付申请、设备材 料进场报验审核等工作,并负责向成本核算部、财务部提供相关资料;

3)按公司劳务款审批流程,协助总监完成各施工项目工程量的审核、劳务款的支付申请等。

4)按公司现场施工管理流程,协助总监完成工程后期决算工作。

3. 各项工程费用报销及整理,负责完成工程施工过程中一切资料的管理、归档工作。

4. 完成领导交办的其它工作。
