1、协助咨询顾问对客户所在行业进行调查和分析，包括公司经营模式分析、管理方式、业务流程;

2、协助咨询顾问对客户的财务数据进行分析，了解公司的实际经营效果;

3、协助咨询顾问对客户现有管理模式中的可提升点提出管理建议;
