deliver world-class fi_ed assets operation work with clear operational mechanism and review rhythm and ensure es requirements are adhered to
specialize in us gaap and regional statutory and ta_ policy， refreshing knowledge with corporate accounting and regional sme from time to time
partner with integration resource to transition new ledgers into fa team in a timely and accurate manner
implement lean si_ sigma into operation， drive continuous improvement for operation quality and efficiency
other initiatives including participating into global fa tool initiatives， driving simplification， kpmg audit， internal quality check etc.

qualifications required:
bachelor degree or above in finance/accounting
at least 1 year above accounting or internal control related work e_perience
good spoken and written english
team work spirit
strong interpersonal， communication and problem solving skills
critical thinking， reliable and efficient
taking ownership and result oriented
mnc/shared service e_perience related preferred
us gaap/oracle & sap knowledge preferred

固定资产会计岗位职责
工作职责:
1、集团内各个公司固定资产及库存管理事务。
2、集团资产、库存管理制度及操作规范指引的编制并落实。
3、制定资产、库存工作流程并持续完善。
4、进行资产的初始入账、定期对资产及库存产品进行清查、盘点，保证账实相符;
5、各类资产折旧表或摊销表，资产的使用及库存产品分析报告;
6、偶尔出差到各子公司处理业务。
任职资格:
1、全日制本科以上，财务相关专业;
2、熟悉资产管理、库存管理工作;
3、熟练使用office办公软件，了解sap系统、泛微oa系统;。
4、2-3年资产管理或库存管理工作经验;
5、有较强的独立工作能力和应变能力、工作作风严谨;需具备良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神;
6、性格开朗、务实，积极主动。

1、完成对固定资产使用的监控，实时统计、盘点;2、负责固定资产定期的信息披露工作，撰写用于企业内部财务方面的报告，包括季度报告、半年度报告以及年度报告等;3、独立带领团队，并负责团队人员的指导、培养、管理与考核。
1、金融、经济、会计学等相关专业本科及以上学历;2、有3年以上房地产行业的商业地产资产管理经验者优先;3、具有财务、金融及企业管理知识，熟练掌握投融资流程和专项业务知识;4、熟悉国内、国际资本市场运作，掌握投资银行业务及相关法律知识。
