业咨询，帮助候选人修改简历和linkedin 个人资料，并帮助候选人在美国找寻合适
的实习/就业机会，提高候选人的就业竞争力。

provide one-on-one career consultation， including developing a resume and linkedin
profile with individuals， preparing a candidate for interview and the first week of work，
as well as on the job follow up a consultation to ensure individual succeed in his/her job
(to secure a return offer for full-time job seeker).
评估候选人的能力，并向雇主提交适当的候选人。在面试之后设置面试和跟进候选
人和雇主。与交付团队合作，评估候选人潜力，面试准备情况和制定面试策略。

第3篇 职业规划师岗位职责、要求以及未来可以发展的方向
职业规划师是指以职业人的个体利益出发，结合专业知识和相关资源，给予客户有关职业的适应、发展等方面的专业咨询、辅导、判断、建议和解决办法的专业人才。
职业规划师岗位职责
1.对个人或小组实施生活/职业目标指导；
2.对个人的能力、兴趣等进行测评、分析；
3.帮助个人更好地了解职场情况；
4.协助个人提高生涯决策技能；
5.帮助制定个性化的职业发展计划；
6.教授找工作的策略和方法；
7.通过提高个人的处事、沟通及其它与职业相关的技能，帮助其解决目前面对的或潜在的工作中困难；
8.帮助正确了解其职位的全貌和要求，以及个人在生活中的角色；
9.帮助个人应对工作压力，克服失业或职业转型中的挫折；

职业规划师岗位要求
1.具有人力资源管理、心理学、管理学专业本科以上学历。
2.具有一定的相关工作经验，本科以上学历为5年，大专以上学历为6年，或有中级职称；
3.具有职业指导师资格证书等相关职业资格凭证；
4.具有严密的知识结构，掌握职业生涯的系列理论及实施模型，懂人力资源及企业管理、心理学等方面的知识；
5.具有较强的职业道德观，乐于助人，善于沟通；
6.具有信息搜索、资源获得与分析能力，掌握相关职业技术；
7.熟悉劳动力市场信息和资源，熟知多元化的人群。
8.掌握一定的计算机技术。
职业规划师发展方向
职业规划师的前景宽广，在拿到从业资格证后，职业规划师们主要有三大职业平台：
1.自主创业：不少早期拿到ccdm认证的职业规划师们选择了自己开设职业规划咨询工作室或职业咨询公司，自主创业。根据向阳生涯的了解，70%以上都收到了很好的效果，取得了不错的业绩。
2.担任专家型的咨询师及培训讲师：据有关专家预计，职业规划师的市场需求在未来几年还将有较大幅度增加。不仅专业的职业规划咨询机构需要此类人才，大型企业的人力资源部门、高等科研院校也急需这方面的精英。专家型的职业规划师受到各方市场的青睐。
