职责描述:job responsibilities:
• accompany board members on business trips to me_ico to plan and coordinate affairs related to me_ican factories.
• translate contracts and documents related to me_ican factories， be able to identify and keep information confidential.
• interpret in negotiations with suppliers and meetings in me_ico.
• after the preliminary work of the me_ican factory is completed， can be transformed to secretary of board of directors.
• responsible for board member signature document preparation and arrangement.
• arranging weekly/monthly management meetings and other regular review meetings， including but not limited to reporting material collecting and consolidation， meeting minutes recording and follow up on ne_t steps.
• support business meetings and offsite meetings organization， including but not limited to activities proposal， agenda set up， team building organize， logistics and etc.
任职要求:
job requirements:
• bachelor’s degree or above， spanish is preferred.
• fluent in written and spoken english and spanish. be able to communicate with colleagues in usa， china and me_ico in different languages.
• rich interpretation e_perience in accompanying translation and conference translation.
• rich translation e_perience in business contracts and documents.
• good communicator with strong influence and presentation skill.
• those who has e_perience with internship in international companies， overseas e_change project or students unions will have priority.
• strong adaptability， be able to work under pressure and deal with urgent cases in appropriate manner.
• have strong interpersonal skill and business acumen.
• accepted short term trips to over sea.

1.提供口译、笔译服务，负责商务会议、内部管理会议的现场翻译；
2.负责工程行业内部相关文件、资料的书面翻译，保证翻译质量；
3.接受主管的分配的翻译任务；
4.翻译资料的整理收集、知识管理；
5.翻译并与翻译团队成员沟通协作；
6.参加部门内开展的专业培训与交流，提高翻译的专业水平。
