财务计划分析经理岗位职责
职责描述:
1、根据公司业务特点，与业务部门密切合作，建立和完善公司运营相关的kpi(关键业绩指标)及财务分析体系;
2、产品成本数据维护，成本月结，不断寻找机会，改善产品成本和公司运营成本;
3、确保各业务部门能够及时、便利地获得准确的运营相关的财务数据，支持决策流程;
4、与相关部门合作，跟踪、分析相关财务数据，包括但不限于公司订单及销售状况，产品毛利变化，定价分析，研发项目投资回报，库存周转率，等等，提出相应的改善措施并跟进实施;
5、协助公司的年度预算及长期战略的制定，分析解释实际结果与预算之间的差异，制定、实施改善措施;
6、识别业务流程中的内控风险点，改善内控风险，例如合规要求和舞弊行为;
7、管理成本和财务分析团队。
任职要求:
1、大学本科及以上学历，财经相关专业，有mba/acca/cima/cma资格者优先;
2、有制造业成本管理经验，3年以上财务分析经验，较强的数据分析和e_cel操作技能;
3、具有商业意识，沟通能力强，善于解决实际问题，推动变革;
4、正直诚信，责任心强，具有团队合作精神，多任务处理能力;
5、口头及书面英语流利沟通。
