good morning teachers and fellow students. today we would like to introduce a few favorite books to you.
my favorite book is. this is a diary written by an italian boy enrico. the diary is about his life and study. it included various touching stories that happened around enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten 'monthly' stories told by his teacher during the class. every word in the chapter describes the word 'love'. from patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.
this novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. i really like this book very much. how about you? what is your favorite book?

oh, i haven’t read this book before. what is it about?
well, it is a story of a rich girl who maintained her noble character after the bankruptcy of her father. the story is happy ending.
can you tell us why you love this book so much?
sure. it is because the story taught us to be brave and to face the challenges and difficulties with courage. i am deeply impressed by the strength and perseverance of the little princess in the story. i have decided to learn from her from now on.
oh i see, the story sounds very good. i cannot wait to read this book as well.

we are the world ,we are the future
someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. i don’t know who wrote these words, but i’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. we are all in the position of the farmers. if we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. if we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
we are young. “how to spend the youth?” it is a meaningful question. to answer it, first i have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. it’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. it’s the matter of the will. it’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
a poet said “to see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. several days ago, i had a chance to listen to a lecture. i learnt a lot there. i’d like to share it with all of you. let’s show our right palms. we can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. i have a short line of life. what about yours? i wondered whether we could see our future in this way. well, let’s make a fist. where is our future? where is our love, career, and life? tell me.yeah, it is in our hands. it is held in ourselves.
we all want the future to be better than the past. but the future can go better itself. don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. from the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. we’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
as what i said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. the past has gone. nothing we do will change it. but the future is in front of us. believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. and from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out “we are the world, we are the future.”

大家早上好!
非常高兴也非常荣幸今天能够站在这里和大家一起参加我校八年级学生升旗仪式，和大家一起分享这神圣的时刻。
更加感谢大家给我这个时间和机会让我说几句心里话。看着你们一张张朝气蓬勃的脸，我有时候真的挺羡慕的，我有时候就会想假如时间可以倒流该多好，假如可以回到十年前的话，我一定会怎样怎样的，可惜这是不可能的。
你们知道吗?作为90后，你们手中有一张最大的王牌。那是我们80后，还有70后，60后乃至50后都非常羡慕的，那就是年轻的活力!90后的你们青春靓丽，你们聪明自信，你们有追逐有梦想，你们敢于去表达自己。
现在的你们就好比正乘坐一辆车前往目的地，前途的风景很美，很诱人，但是你们最好不要因为他们牵扯你们大多的精力，而要使目光一直朝前看，朝着终点的方向看。如果忍不住跳下车去欣赏暂时的美景，这辆车就开走了，也许你还会看到另一辆车，但是你最后同样可以到达目的地，但那已不是你人生准点的时刻了!
新的学期已经给我们带来了新的挑战，也孕育着新的希望和憧憬。那么，同学们现在请你们想一想，你与刚进初中时相比有着怎样的进步，你身边的同学又有了怎样的变化呢?
已经升入八年级的你们就像是一块夹心饼，你们现在已经到了半山亭，这个时候你是要再接再厉，勇攀高峰;还是心满意足，纵情享乐;或者是畏难却步，半途而废呢?呢们每一个人都在受到一次考验，尤其是面对前进征途中的困难和挫折定要经得起风吹雨打!
同学们，人在特定的阶段是有着特殊的使命的。求学的阶段，就是为了实现人生目标迈出重要一步的时候。如果错过机会，你将会追悔莫及的。

敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家早上好！
今天“国旗下的讲话”的题目是：充满自信，迎接考试。
一场雨冲淡了夏季的炎热，在这个绿意葱茏的六月，我们将迎来期末考试。
期末考试是对我们本学期所学知识的一次检测，是对每个人心理的一次挑战，更是对同学们的`诚信度的一次考验。不是所有人都可以成为佼佼者，但我们可以比上次的自己有进步，做自己的强者。
首先，同学们应正确看待考试。既不能过分紧张，也不能满不在乎。要以从容、自信的心态面对考试，考试只是对我们掌握知识的一种检测，只能代表本学期的学习效果，它不能代表我们的方方面面。同学们是否听过这样一个寓言故事，夏王让后羿为他表演射箭，射中靶心就赏千两黄金，反之，若射不中，就减去一千户封地。结果后羿竟然屡射不中。所以，如果同学们考试时顾念太多，就发挥不出应有的水平。只有在复习迎考时，将情绪调整为谨慎而不紧张才是最佳状态，自信应考，才能正常发挥出自己应有的水平。
其次，要认真复习，不打无准备之仗。俗话说：一份耕耘，一份收获。要想收获一份令自己满意的成绩，就应根据自身情况制定一个切实可行的复习计划。对复习时间做出科学合理的安排。珍惜时间，不要让时间轻易地从指间溜走，不要当考试前一天晚上才感叹自己复习不到位，因为学习科目较多，同学们应根据自己的各个科目的强弱来决定复习的侧重点。八年级同学面临生物与地理的结业考，任务偏重，希望大家可以做到认真复习，科学复习，顺利结业。
最后，我想强调一点：期末考试是对我们人品的一次测评。诚信是立人之本，从“曾子杀猪”到“立木为信”，无不体现了诚信这一良好品德的珍贵。正如古人所云：反身而诚，乐莫大焉。只有做到真诚无伪，才可使内心无愧。坦然宁静，给人带来最大的精神快乐。
本次考试希望大家拒绝作弊，考出真水平，拒绝小抄，考出真精神，拒绝带手机，考出真风采，拒绝传纸条，考出真成绩。
最后希望同学们做到认真复习，调适心态，仔细答卷。祝愿大家在公平公正的考试环境中凭借真正的实力考出一份让自己满意的成绩。
